JOIN THE CHURCH FAMILY
At SECC we believe in the importance of small groups. We are excited to see our Church continue to grow and as we do we invest in small groups as there people develop close friendships.
Jesus talks about community and the love that we are meant to have for one another. When you come to our Church there will be a number of ways to get into Church life.
Alpha is a course aimed at people exploring the faith or who want to renew their commitment. It is a safe and great way to explore Christianity and ask questions.
New comers events are held across the year to help new people form friendships and to be able to understand the Church better.
Connect Groups are an important part of our Church life. These groups are usually in people’s homes, where we study the Bible, worship, pray and support one another.

SUNDAY SERVICES
We gather to worship God every Sunday at 10am and our services last between 1-1.5 hrs.
Our services finish with refreshments in the hall and once a month we have a Church lunch, which is provided by the Church.

ZONE
Every Friday during school terms, Zone 1 and 2 are held at the church, where local children and young people enjoy activities, crafts, and learning more about the Bible.
Zone provides a space for children to play, make friends, and discover more about God

First impressions of SECC
Myrtle
We were living abroad and often visited SECC when on holiday as Gordon's sister Julia attended the Church. Now we are back home and chose to attended SECC as our home Church. I could feel strongly the Holy Spirit's presence when, as a newcomer, looking in from the outside.
Michael
The first time we came to SECC we were struck by the way worship was conducted. No hint of a performance, just ordinary people enjoying worshipping the Lord together. Since then we have found the folk so very kind, exceptionally so. Consequently we applied to the member. No regrets.
